Applications are invited from the Indian Citizens as defined under Articles 5-8 of the Constitution of India in prescribed form of application published in Part-IX of Assam Gazette for filling up the following Gr-III Posts in the Office of the Executive Engineer, P.W.D Mangaldai Rural Road Division, Mangaldai, Darrang.

Education Qualification : Minimum qualification for the post of Gr-III Post(Jr. Asstt.) is H.S.L.C passed with type writing.

Age : Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 38 years as on 01-01-2013 in respect of post mentioned above. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC  candidates.

Application with attested copies of testimonials regarding qualification, type writing certificate, age certificate, caste certificate, PRC along with 2(two) copies of attested recent passport size photograph and also attested copy of employment exchange registration card should the undersigned on or before 21-11-2013.

Applicants who are already employed in Govt/Private Sector should submit their applications through their respective authority within the stipulated time for submission of application. A self addressed envelope size (22 cm x 10 cm)affixing postal stamp for Rs. 6.00 only is to be furnished along with application. A written test will be held for 75 marks for the post of Jr. Asstt. (Gr-III) to be followed by viva voce for 25 marks. No T.A/D.A will be admissible for attending the test/Interview.

Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify a candidate.

N.B Condition : Govt. Servant joining the Service of the State Govt. on or after 1st Feb, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) rules, 1969 and order issues there under from time to time. So far as their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned they will be governed by a new Act of Pension Rules, which are already formulated with the contributory pension scheme announced by the Govt. of India vide letter No. 25014/14/01-AIS(II) dtd. 08-09-2009.
